Ac Hotel Park City, Park City

I enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel Park City, especially due to its great value and excellent location near shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which definitely enhanced my experience. However, the bed was quite firm for my liking, and I was surprised at the lack of a fridge in my room for my leftovers.

I had a mostly pleasant stay, with great amenities and an excellent breakfast. though I faced a bit of a hiccup with housekeeping. The location was super convenient for shopping and accessing the sights of Park City, and the indoor pool was a hit with my family.

I stayed for 5 nights during a ski trip and had a mix of experiences. On the positive side, the room was spacious and I appreciated the fresh fruit available all day, along with complimentary coffee and tea. However, the hot tub was out of order for four nights, which was quite disappointing, especially since I had heard it was an ongoing issue. The overall atmosphere felt a bit neglected, which dampened my stay.
